A U.S. decide in Texas on Friday blocked the Biden administration from imposing an executive order requiring federal workers to be vaccinated towards Covid-19.

The ruling marks the newest setback for President Joe Biden, whose efforts to spice up U.S. vaccination charges by sweeping workplace safety rules have been repeatedly stymied in the courts.

Choose Jeffrey Brown, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, wrote in a 20-page ruling that Biden’s government order “quantities to a presidential mandate that each one federal workers consent to vaccination towards COVID-19 or lose their jobs.”

“As a result of the President’s authority shouldn’t be that broad, the courtroom will enjoin the second order’s enforcement,” learn Brown’s ruling in U.S. District Courtroom in Galveston, Texas.
