U.S. airline bookings dropped 17% final month from March, in line with a report from Adobe printed Thursday, one of many first indicators of cooling demand for air journey as ticket costs surpass pre-pandemic ranges.

Customers spent $7.8 billion on home tickets in April, down 13% from the earlier month, in line with the report.
